The room was great value, and on balance it felt like a bargain. The staff were lovely and accommodating, even though most didn’t speak English or know about their offers. I had to show them the offers on their own website at the front desk. The spa was a lovely area, but one hot tub wasn’t available. The €30 per person charge for an hour wasn’t clear when booking, and felt like a lot for the limited service.

For the price and central location, this is a great little boutique hotel. You’re close to lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and breakfast has a good selection of meats, cheeses, eggs, pancakes, and pastries. The people serving and making coffee are really helpful, and make amazing cappuccinos. The rooms are clean and quaint. A few things could be better: the bed was very hard, and there’s just one soap dispenser in the shower for everything, with no shelf for a razor or anything else. You also only get one towel and washcloth. They seem cheaply made and tear very easily.

We stayed three nights with my family. The rooms were clean, the decor was nice, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the location was perfect. It’s one of the best hotels in the city. Room rates seem to change constantly with the hotel’s occupancy, so you need to ask about the price. Messages get answered via Whatsapp. Thanks as well to the employees who helped us at breakfast, and to Luigi at reception, who was helpful.

I come to the area every year because my family is from here, and after trying quite a few places, I spent two nights at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and very nice. I left my charger in the room after check-out, and they managed to return it. The room was comfortable and nice, though the walls are thin, so voices from the hall or other rooms carry through. The hotel is very central, convenient for getting around Foggia and for the train or bus station, and it has parking. Some parts of the city center look run-down, and visitors from other cities might feel uneasy around the hotel. I can say the hotel is well-positioned and the area is fine. Breakfast was a good continental spread. They can make coffee or cappuccino in the small kitchen, and at Christmas they added traditional sweets and pettole, which I really appreciated. I didn’t have time to try the spa, but I’ll give it a go next time. At 50€ a night, the price feels right for what’s on offer. I’ll definitely come back next year!
