I stayed one night with my girlfriend after we came back from Dolomiti di Brenta. It was an amazing experience, with wonderful staff and the greatest dinner. The tiramisu might have been the best ever. 10/10, I fully recommend this place 🫶🏻

We found some of the dinner food tasty, but the pre-dinner buffet was offered on only 4 of our 6 days, and we don’t know why. When it was available, it wasn’t very interesting. The restaurant was cramped, with too little space and service for the number of guests. Breakfast was poor quality and dramatically repetitive, with no fresh vegetables at all. The bread was stale and there wasn’t a choice. Cups and buffet food ran short from time to time, and the breakfast queue was often very long because the buffet was too small. Dinner service was painfully slow and hard to understand. We were the first to arrive and asked to be served quickly because of our small children’s bedtime, but people who arrived later got their meals before us. The room wasn’t fully clean, with cobwebs, and there was a buzzing relay in the electrical box. The bathroom was very tight for four people and had no towel racks. The radiator touched the bunk bed. The elevator shaft was right behind the wall near the children’s bed, and it was loud all evening, making it hard to fall asleep. The walls were thin, so we could hear the corridor and other rooms. The curtains were oddly short, letting light from outside lamps into the room, and the shower often had no hot water. The pool felt unpleasantly cold, especially with the doors to outside left open all the time. The Jacuzzi was for adults only. The shoe dryers worked very poorly, there was no parking at the hotel, and although it’s near the ski lift, you can’t ski back to the hotel.

In winter, the hotel was near the ski lift, which was nice. But breakfast was very modest and unpalatable, and dinner seemed to come from catering. It was very cold in the dining room, and the heating failed, leaving no hot water in the shower. The sauna only fits four people, which isn’t enough for the whole hotel. I wouldn’t stay a second time.

The good points were the location and the large rooms with two bathrooms. The rest was a poor experience. The owner or manager and chief waiter provided terrible, rude service. Breakfast was ridiculous: no vegetables in the first few days, the same dishes all the time, served cold and of poor quality. Part of the hotel was under construction, with loud noise right by our windows. The large sauna shown in the promotional visuals was still being built, while the available sauna was small and often too cold. The pool water was cold, especially in the relaxation area. The hotel bar had supply problems and was expensive compared with other hotels I’ve visited in the region over the past two years. Looking at older reviews, it seems something may have changed recently, so be careful. I really don’t recommend it.
