I’d go somewhere else, but that’s just me. The communal living room does have a nice view. Right now I’m writing this from my room’s bathroom, where I’ve been locked in for half an hour because nobody told us the lock didn’t work. I’m using data roaming since the wifi doesn’t reach the rooms. On top of that, our reservation was cancelled half an hour before I arrived because the one card I’d used throughout the trip supposedly didn’t work. They wouldn’t honor the reservation, so I had to pay a slightly higher price in cash at the main desk.

The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. The walk up the stairs was tiring, but worth it. Amazing location.

From the front of the hotel there’s an awesome view of Rialto bridge and the canal. It’s in a perfect spot for exploring Venice, and the staff are very friendly.
