It’s okay for the price. The room is ordinary in a shared apartment, nothing special, and the kitchen and utensils are very old. There’s no shower mat for each guest, just one shared between everyone. The area is very unpleasant: there’s no pedestrian path, so you have to walk in the road, which is unlit and bends around a curve. It feels dangerous at night, and honestly during the day too. If you have a car, it’s certainly fine since you avoid walking along that road. IMPORTANT: there’s an underpass from the station, and it’s about 10 minutes on foot in total. DON’T take a taxi, it’ll only take your money.

The rooms were very clean, the area was quiet, and the owner was very kind. There’s also a kitchen and dining room. With the station and army selection center so close, it’s especially suitable for people about to take that step.

I booked for two people for my girlfriend’s army call-up, but because of reasons related to the ITALIAN ARMY, we had to cancel five days ahead. Booking showed I was well within the deadline, yet they refused to refund even a cent. I tried talking to one of the sons of the woman who handles this, and, as I expected, he was incredibly rude. I even tried changing the date and accepting a 50% loss on the amount (160), but they wouldn’t do that either. They only care about money and not the customer. I’ll talk to the whole army group about this. People like that don’t deserve anything. If zero stars were possible, believe me, I’d give zero.

The apartment is simple, clean, and functional, and it’s easy to get to Foligno’s center, the station, and the Gonzaga barracks. A good place to stay for the Italian National Army (EI) competitions.
