Guest House Foligno Porta Romana

I was here for a work weekend and found the staff really kind and helpful. The room had new furniture, plenty of light, and was comfortable and quiet, just what I needed after long workdays. I mostly get around on foot or by public transport, and the spot between the historic center and the train station was convenient. Top!!

The apartment has everything needed to cook and enjoy a lovely stay. It’s spacious, recently renovated, and conveniently close to the historic center.

I stayed in one of their apartments for five days and had no complaints. It’s fully equipped with pots, plates, and cutlery, and beautifully done. The Gonzaga barracks are a two-minute walk away, and the station is five minutes away. Highly recommended if you need to take exams at the nearby barracks.

Foligno itself left us with a deep sense of well-being. Wandering its streets felt like stepping back into an authentic Italy of history, good food, kind people, and a gentler pace. Thank you, Foligno. We’ll be back with real affection. The apartment was an easy walk from the historic center, on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, and it stayed peaceful despite the central location. Inside, it was bright, spacious, fresh, and elegant, with every detail carefully chosen and the cleanliness impeccable. It felt like a comfortable, quiet refuge shaped by a real love of hospitality. Gianluca, one of the owners, was discreet and exceptionally kind, making us feel at home from the start. A memorable stay that brought together elegance, hospitality, and authentic beauty. Thank you, Gianluca. See you soon.
