Marco and Alberta made us feel at home during our four days in Foligno with friends. The apartment was clean and had everything we could need, from sugar, biscuits, tea, and coffee to soap, towels, and sheets. They were also incredibly helpful. Their tips helped us eat well and visit beautiful places nearby, including the trail to the Menotre waterfalls. We didn't have a car, and Marco personally arranged a way for us to get there. They were flexible on our last day too, letting us use the cellar and courtyard for our luggage and belongings in the afternoon after checkout. The value for money was exceptional. Foligno and the surrounding area are stunning, and Marco and Alberta made the holiday even better.

The owners are friendly and helpful, and their welcome makes the place feel like home. Breakfast was excellent, and the prices are super affordable. The rooms and shared living room are spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. It has an old-fashioned feel, but with all the comforts and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

The scenery is beautiful, between Foligno and Spoleto. There's a reception area with a garden, pool, and sun terrace, which leads into a hall used as a dance floor. Behind that is another hall for events or a restaurant.

Marco and Alberta were the best part of the stay. They welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home straight away, and they were available for anything we needed. The house was phenomenally clean. On our last day, Marco showed us the cellar inside the building. What a marvel, and the wine was exquisite. I'll definitely return. Five of us came from Padua for four wonderful days. The apartment is inside ancient walls and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a huge living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, and a beautiful entrance. Everything is furnished in an antique style.
