Le Terrazze Di Cancellara

I've stayed at Le Terrazze twice now, and it's my favorite place to stay for a holiday in Umbria. The apartments are comfortable and clean, and Romina, the proprietor, is warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. After a day out, it's lovely to come back to such a peaceful spot, with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. She serves a typical Umbrian breakfast on the terrace, with all the goodies baked at home by Romina. The apartments are self-catering, though Romina can make supper if you ask. I'll definitely stay at Le Terrazze again on my next trip to Umbria.

We were three families and stayed at Romina's place for 10 days. The view over the valley, olive groves, and distant hills is breathtaking, and the pool is a lovely place to take it all in. The clean, comfortable apartments made for a really relaxing stay. Romina is amazingly friendly and helpful, and a real goddess in the kitchen. Moraldo also gave us lots of useful tips for trips. It has all the ingredients for a dream holiday. Highly recommend seeing it for yourself.

The apartments were very clean and fully equipped, including a kitchen, and the valley view from high up in Cancellara is beautiful, especially at sunset. But Romina's hospitality was the highlight. She's a wonderful cook, and the homemade breakfast pastries were delicious. You can also have dinner on the terrace, where everything is cooked at home and tastes great. The hosts were very helpful and shared lots of useful tips for making the most of Umbria. I'd give it six stars if I could.

I had a lovely stay. The host couple were so lovely, and I really enjoyed the food, the wine, and that breathtaking view.
