Having breakfast in complete peace on the terrace under the awning felt like a real luxury. It's a quiet, clean and comfortable place, like being at home. The property is meticulously maintained, and Patrizia, the owner, adds to it with her kindness and friendliness.

The owner was friendly and the place was exceptionally clean. There's no private parking, but you can park nearby on the adjacent streets. The rooms, with their own bathroom and shower, are on the ground floor of a fairly quiet apartment building. Guests can use the kitchen and fridge, and there's a small fenced outdoor area.

Bike rentals are available at the property, and Romano, the owner, is very kind and helpful. The place is well maintained and conveniently situated between the train station and the sea. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We ended up leaving at 11 pm for the hotel because it was so hot and the ceiling fan wasn't working. Booking.com didn't give us a refund. I was there with a little girl just over a year old. The place itself was well kept and spotlessly clean.

The owners were friendly, and they let me park my motorbike indoors in the private courtyard. The location is excellent.
