Just one block from the beach, the location is perfect. The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard, are well furnished, and there's a lift. Communication with the host was excellent. I'd definitely come back!

I found B&B Luci sul Mare during a business trip, and it was a really lovely surprise. My room was spotless, with new modern furnishings and nice attention to detail. The welcome was excellent, and the hosts were available and attentive. It's well placed for enjoying the quiet of Follonica, and I'd definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

This B&B is in an apartment building in the city center. The owner "forgot" to mention the security cameras on the website. One camera faced the entrance to my room, so I could see inside whenever I opened the door. It felt like an invasion of my privacy.

The owner was welcoming and managed to accommodate every request. The room was tidy and clean, and the location was excellent. Breakfast is arranged with a ticket you can use at any of three very good bars. Well done, see you soon!

The bathroom has been recently renovated, though the rest of the apartment still has its 1970s-style decor. The kitchen felt a little basic and could use more equipment. We especially liked the location, just a two-minute walk from the public beach, which allows dogs, and right at the start of the promenade. The balcony has a beautiful partial view of the sea. A good base for exploring the town and beach on foot.
