A great spot for a family stay!

The view from the top-floor terrace is incredible, with the sea all around. The apartment itself was spotless, well furnished, and had everything we needed. We used the heating in the evenings when it got humid after sunset. There’s a hot tub and loungers on the solarium, plus a parking space for each car, and we were lucky enough to have a garage. Roadworks made parking and finding the building entrance tricky, though. We visited before Easter, when this more residential part of Follonica was very quiet. The supermarket, pharmacy, and pastry shop behind the building were open, but for bars or nightlife by the sea we had to head to the western part of town.

The parking space was a real help, and the solarium with its lovely Jacuzzi was a highlight. The apartment was clean and beautiful, with a wonderful view. Everything felt just right, and I’d happily recommend it.

Apartment No. 3 was spacious, with three rooms and an open kitchen stocked with what we needed, including a large fridge and freezer, induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. We had two terraces for meals and lounging, plus a private parking spot. Upstairs there were more loungers and a whirlpool. The owners had thought of the little practical things too, from parasols and beach-gear storage to a washing machine. It’s right by the beach and only a short walk from the center and shops. Absolutely recommended.
