We had such a lovely vacation here. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly. We hope we can come back 😃. We’re girls from Tirana, Albania.

The music was awful, and the singers weren’t good either. It was really loud around 10 pm in September.

It’s a complete mess. I can’t understand why they’re still open and taking families’ money.

My parents were left without anywhere to sleep or food on December 31st, and it ruined New Year’s Eve for many families. The rooms had damp, the pillows had no cases, there was no hot water, some toilets wouldn’t flush properly, and the electricity sometimes went out. The kitchen was another problem. I wonder whether the hotel has the proper licenses to operate. One star is already too generous. I hope this review stays up, unlike earlier ones, but if it gets removed, I’ll post again. If you’re reading this, stay away. The photos don’t show what it’s really like.
