A lovely, clean B&B. I booked a double room with a shared bathroom. There's no parking on site, but you can leave the car on the nearby streets.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the owners were friendly, helpful, and always around when needed. I stayed in the “pink” room, which was clean and comfortable. It's a charming little villa surrounded by greenery, shielded from city noise but still just steps from the sea. Pescara and Francavilla's centers are a short drive away, and they also have bikes available. Highly recommended.

Breakfast out in the garden was a lovely touch, and the price was excellent for what you get. The rooms are really nice and very clean, with a huge shower. The owners were kind and courteous, and the area is quiet. Simply fantastic, highly recommended.

The owners are always friendly and ready to help. Rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is plentiful and excellent. It's a quiet, sunny spot where you could spend a day or stay a whole week. Definitely worth trying.

I was a little unsure about the shared bathroom at first, but everything else more than made up for it. Super clean and quiet, and it feels suitable for families. Waking up to breakfast in the garden was lovely. It feels like home. A great choice!
