Antonio and Gabriella are the best part of staying here. They are always ready to help, whether there's a problem like our car trouble this year or with the bags. Antonio carried our luggage both ways and helped load the car. They love animals too, and my dog Venere adores them. Having that kind of support while away from home means a lot. Thanks, guys! The house is right on the beach, a priceless location. I've stayed in the large, spacious, comfortable apartment with my family for a month and come back every year. It has WiFi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. We also used the garage, a very useful paid service that saved us the summer seaside stress of searching for parking, which is practically impossible.

There were four of us and our two beloved Labradors, and we felt at home straight away. The apartment is well equipped, with air conditioning, two enormous double bedrooms, a clean kitchen with everything we needed, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The terrace was handy for hanging laundry. It's just steps from the sea and close to all the amenities. We'll be back soon, and I'd recommend it for holidays with four-legged friends too, they're always welcome.

The accommodation is spacious and well equipped, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. They have a special arrangement with a beach just steps away. It was very clean, and the water was fantastic for the Adriatic. I found the place through other reviews and can't recommend it enough. Thanks again, Gabriella and Antonio.

We've had a wonderful time both visits, and this is an ideal spot for kids, just 30 meters from the sea and close to everything. It's our second holiday in Francavilla with Antonio and Gabriella. We'll be back! Simone and Paola
