Hotel Bellavista

The staff were extremely friendly, spoke English, and served a nice, generous breakfast. Our room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is right in central Frascati, with the town square and lots of little restaurants just outside. The train station is less than a five-minute walk down some steps, with trains to Roma Termini every hour.

I was stuck in my room with a fever, without enough heat or a way to get basic things like hot water. The shower head was broken, and room service was limited. A man refused to help turn on the machine at night, saying it would take time, but someone else got it running right away. It felt like he didn't care or want to help. There was only one person there who was nice.

We checked in at 9:45 on Friday night and immediately told reception that the sheets and pillows were yellowish. The host, who introduced himself as Mr. Emmanuele, didn't offer or suggest a solution. Instead, he gave us five minutes to decide whether to stay or leave, even though we'd already paid. I reported what happened to Booking.com and hoped to get my money back. That kind of conduct felt completely unprofessional and impolite for hotel management.

We were only in Frascati for the day and didn't stay overnight, but the staff helped my husband and me when no other hotel would. They were really friendly and spoke perfect English. The location is right by the station and in the heart of Frascati.
