Palazzo Gallo has a fun, extravagant style that makes it feel special. If it's available, the deluxe room upstairs is lovely, with its own terrace and a view. Alina was very helpful and even showed us the ancient underground olive oil press beneath the palazzo. Breakfast had lots of choices and was great. Highly recommended!

The location in Gallipoli is superb, and Palazzo Gallo is a real gem. Filippo made us feel welcome straight away, carrying our bags to the room and checking that we'd arrived safely. That kind of service is rare these days. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel's charm exceeded our expectations. We even bought fresh fruit from a truck that stopped near the Palazzo. We'll be back.

Mattia was a wonderful host, enthusiastic about both his hotel and town, and keen to help us get the most from our visit. The old Palazzo is decorated in an old style, with spacious, comfortable, air conditioned rooms. A little jewel of a hotel. Recommended.

The manager was so friendly and helped us with every request. You could tell guests really matter to him. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and the cleaning service always did a good job. Great location too. We'd come back, thank you!

We rented two rooms for our four young kids and were all VERY impressed. The place feels clean, elegant, and romantic, almost like royalty. The service is top notch. This is one of those stays that deserves six stars. We'll definitely be back!
