A warm, family-run place with clean rooms and very good value for the price.

There’s plenty of parking, and the garden is full of flowers with a playground for children. Our room was quiet, so we slept well, and breakfast had a good selection. The family running the place were lovely, hardworking, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed the pizza, which I’d recommend for dinner. The rooms are spacious, and they’re finishing the pool, with plans to expand the property further once it’s ready. It works well for families and couples, and it’s close to Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Vetulonia, Follonica, and lots of other lovely places to explore. I’d happily recommend it.

Set in the countryside, with Grosseto about 15-20 minutes away via the ring road, the location worked well for us. The staff were friendly, and the property has been renovated recently. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The parking and pool were still being worked on, and breakfast could have had more food and variety.

This was my second stay, and I’m just as positive about it as the first time. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was good, though I would have liked a little more. They even let me check in at 1 a.m., which I really appreciated. There’s a nice garden, a children’s playground, plenty of parking, and a pool that’s still being completed. It’s around 20-30 minutes from Castiglione della Pescaia. Fantastic place, recommended.
