Breakfast was a real treat each morning, especially the Genoese focaccia the owner prepared. Sandro is warm, helpful, friendly, and kind, and he made us feel at ease. The apartment is in the historic center, close to all the tourist sights on foot or by public transport. We had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended! :)

Everything was clean, neat, and had what we needed to feel comfortable and relax. Sandro was a wonderful, friendly and welcoming host, and made a delicious breakfast. The place is right in the heart of Genoa, a comfortable base for visiting.

The room was tiny, but the bed was really comfortable. Sandro was so kind and welcoming, and breakfast was served with care. It’s an ideal spot for visiting Genoa. We highly recommend it.

The location is central and close to the tourist attractions, but there are serious drawbacks. The listing doesn’t say this is a room inside the owner’s home. It’s cramped and unfurnished, about 6 square meters rather than the advertised 12, and the bathroom is outside the bedroom. Both the little room and the bathroom were poorly cleaned. The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building, up steep stairs, with no facilities or equipment to help people who need access over architectural barriers.
