We found free parking about a 15-minute walk away. Right by the hotel, you can only stop for 30 minutes to arrive or leave. The street itself is peaceful despite the central location, and the staff were kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable, with air conditioning and a clean bathroom, and there was a wide choice at breakfast.

Breakfast at the nearby Hotel Diana was the highlight, with pretty much everything you could want. We felt very comfortable there. We’d arrived at this small hotel at the end of our bike tour and got a very warm welcome in good German, plus secure bike storage. At Hotel Villa Rosa the rooms are a little small, though clean and functional. Our view of the backyard wasn’t much to look at, but that was fine for one night.
