The staff's attitude was the part that shocked me most. When I asked for a coffee without realizing the bar was closed, one of them snapped, “Can you read? It's closed, so what are you doing here?” That's no way to treat guests. We often found the hotel bar shut when we wanted a drink, and asking about it could bring a rude response. The food was mediocre, too, and not very tasty. Our arrival was chaotic just trying to get the key, and the bathroom was very dirty once we finally reached the room. There was dust everywhere and it clearly hadn't been cleaned. The hairdryer was broken as well. At night, children ran and yelled in the hallway. I opened the door several times to ask them to quiet down, but the noise carried on past 10 p.m. and started again at 6 a.m. Something needs to be done about that. We booked for a week's skiing holiday, and the stay was really awful.
