Sylvia made us feel welcome and gave us useful ideas for things to do nearby. We visited in summer and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel was great.

We left and won't return. The service was awful, with rude, impatient staff who seemed to dislike tourists, though they were happy to take our money.

We were made to feel unwelcome over a private parking spot. A woman went out of her way to be extremely rude about it. If that's how tourists are treated around here, we're never coming back. I can't recommend the place.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The desk service was bad, and the woman there, who may have been the owner or director, was very rude. There are plenty of friendlier hotels in the area.

The rooms are comfortable and the food is great, with a cosy alpine feel throughout. It's right by the Weissmatten giant slalom slopes and near a bus stop for getting to the center of Monterosa Ski.
