The welcome was warm and friendly, and Casa Mattia is an excellent base for exploring the Maremma by land or sea. The view from Montepescali and the windows is one you really need to see for yourself. The apartment is huge, tastefully furnished with attention to detail, fully equipped, and has private parking. There are two double bedrooms with bathrooms, plus extra sleeping spaces on the living room sofas. Pets are welcome, and our puppy seemed to have a wonderful time. We left our hearts here, and if we get the chance, we’ll return again and again, and...

In the charming village of Montepescali, Casa Matti is a large apartment renovated with simplicity and taste. It made a welcoming haven to come back to after long trips to the different inland villages. A recommended base for anyone wanting to explore the Maremma beyond its beaches. Highly recommended.

MattiMamiHouse is a clean, beautifully furnished apartment in Montepescali, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It has two bedrooms with double beds, two pull-out beds in the living room, and two sofas. There’s also a large kitchenette with all the essential utensils and a dining table. From its hilltop position you get fantastic views, and Centro Commerciale Maremà is 20 km away. Dogs are welcome, too. We’d love to return!

The view down to Braccagni is phenomenal. The apartment sits high on a mountain, with lovely surroundings, and it works really well for families. Marina di Grosseto beach is just under half an hour away. We arrived and were immediately blown away.
