The breakfast was varied and plentiful, a real treat. The rooms were clean, carefully looked after, and had every comfort. The owner was friendly and keen to help with what guests needed. This charming B&B is a short walk from Grosseto’s historic center. Paid parking is available in front, except on Sundays and holidays. It felt like home. Highly recommended 👍🏻😄

Vincenzo was so friendly, and he’d taken care to arrange the rooms to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast was generous and varied, too. We stayed at Vincenzo’s with friends. The house is very well organized, has every comfort, and was impeccably clean. Being close to the center was handy, and we appreciated the large parking lot right in front.

The host was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. This recently renovated cottage is only a few steps from the center. It’s small but cozy, practical, and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended.

The neighbors downstairs played loud music from 3 am until morning on two of the three nights we stayed. We were lucky to get a quiet night on the first one. I don’t know whether they were locals or tourists, but I hope they were visitors so this lovely place doesn’t have to suffer because of the neighbors. Otherwise, the apartment was beautiful, modern, spacious, very clean, and extremely well equipped. The host was welcoming and kind. It overlooks the city walls and a nicely landscaped square, with parking in front of the building or on nearby streets. The sea is close by, including Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia, a wonderful typical Tuscan town. Other tourist cities are also within reach, with Pisa about 1.5 hours away by car and Rome about 2.5 hours.
