Breakfast in the garden overlooking the pool was simple and tasty, with homemade and store-bought options and thoughtful choices for vegans and guests with gluten intolerance. The B&B also has a fitness center, and there were local guides and brochures in our room. Outside, guests can use the lovely garden pool and hot tub. Our room was charming and comfortable, with air conditioning, a mini fridge for drinks, biscuits, and everything for making tea. The owners clearly put a lot of care into the spacious, spotless property and all its little details. We had a magical two-day stay in a romantic, enchanting atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the village of Grottammare and minutes from the seafront. I'd suggest driving, since the uphill walk back can be rough in the sun.

The owners were incredibly kind, and every detail around the property has been looked after. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool is large and well maintained, and there's a hot tub too 😍. Although it's very close to the beautiful village of Grottammare, the place feels like a peaceful oasis away from the noise. We only stayed one day and night, which was a shame. We'll definitely return 🤗

There are just three rooms, so the villa never feels busy. Our room was lovely, and the garden is beautiful, with a pool guests can use. Breakfast is sweet only, but delicious and made with fresh products. We ate in the garden overlooking the pool. The owners are kind and discreet. The villa sits right by the historic village of Grottammare and just a few minutes' walk from the sea, a really convenient spot. I'd absolutely recommend it for a romantic break.

We stayed from Monday, August 28th to Thursday, August 31st for a short break. The property is in Grottammare Alta, only minutes from the highway and a short walk from the historic village. They welcomed us warmly and helped straight away, even letting us unload our bags though we arrived well before check-in. We used both the pool and the hot tub in the inner garden. The hot tub is especially nice, with a pleasant sea view. The rooms are well kept and all have air conditioning. Breakfast was a delicious continental spread in the garden, with hot drinks made fresh to order, including moka pot coffee. We'd definitely stay again if we came through the area.
