Azienda Agrituristica Bocci

We were three families and had a wonderful time in a place clearly cared for with love. The greenery seemed to go on forever, and there was a riding stable just a few steps away. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, with a sink, toilet, and built-in shower. Upstairs are four rooms: two with a double bed and bunk bed, one with a double, and one with a double and a single. Downstairs you'll find the kitchen and breakfast space, with cookware, toaster, drink warmer, microwave, coffee machine and pods, and dishwasher. Outside, stairs lead up to the bedrooms, while the garden has a fireplace, brazier, dulcimer, and swimming pool. There's also the option of a pool... The lady was so kind and helpful. We'll be back soon, we'll miss it.

This welcoming family-run place has a large, well-kept outdoor area that's great for relaxing. It's also conveniently placed for visiting regional attractions, with Gubbio, Assisi, and Foligno only a few kilometers away.

A lovely property with friendly, helpful staff. Good value, and well located for exploring the area.

A clean farmhouse with kind owners, set at the foot of the Gualdo Tadino mountains. It feels peaceful and quiet, though there was a slight smell of cows.
