The farmland is beautiful, with lovely views, a swimming pool, and animals to visit, including donkeys, goats, chickens, a pig, and two very cute kittens. The place worked perfectly for our one-year-old, since they made traveling with a little one very easy, and older children would love it too. It has everything you need for young kids. Massimo and Lucia were such kind, welcoming hosts. Lucia is an amazing cook, serving fabulous homemade regional meals in the evening, and the breakfast buffet was delicious too. Thank you both for an incredible stay! 😊

The terrace is a lovely place to spend the evening, with guests from across Europe sharing dinner and chatting as the light fades. The setting is gorgeous, and the animals, pool, farmhouse, and surrounding towns and villages are all a delight. Lucia's cooking is excellent, too. But what really makes this place stand out are Lucia and Massimo. They're lovely hosts who look after everything brilliantly and bring so much warmth and happiness. Book it.

Lucia spoiled us with a fantastic evening meal every night of our stay. The rooms are simple and clean, and we were lucky to have time to relax by the pool. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with happy animals all around. Thanks, Massimo and Lucia 😍

A wonderful place to stop and relax, and a great base for families or couples exploring Umbria. Feeding the donkeys and goats and playing with the cats was fun, and Lucia and Massimo made some wonderful homemade meals. The gnocchi was the best ever! We hope to come back. Thank you for the amazing memories.

Our kids say their highlight of four weeks away was the week at Val di Boccio. They had a great time with the other children and loved the donkeys and cats. We also really enjoyed the pool, the lovely views, and Lucia and Massimo’s warm hospitality and dinners.
