The farmhouse was near the woods, but easy to reach from Mocaianica. We enjoyed the pool and barbecued during our three days there around August 20th. My daughter handled the contact details, and Paolo was our contact. He was super professional, sending the location, local tips like restaurants and excursions, and directions for getting there and entering with self-check-in via WhatsApp. The house was beautiful and functional, converted from an old farmhouse, and had everything, including a Nespresso Vertuo for morning cappuccinos. It was perfect!

I stayed in the only occupied farmhouse, with the other two empty, so my experience was very positive. I can't say how it would be with all three farmhouses occupied. The pool, shared by the three houses, is very convenient, and shaded spots are a must on very sunny days. It's a great place to relax among Gubbio's green valleys. Mocaiana also has a well-stocked grocery store, and I highly recommend the farm butcher, so you don't have to drive miles for groceries.

The cottages were quiet and very comfortable, and the swimming pool was superb. Service was attentive, and the advice on visiting this beautiful region was excellent.
