Breakfast is a good option here, and there's Netflix for when your feet are sore. The apartment is very spacious, with free parking just a stone's throw from the city.

Diego was extremely kind and helpful, and the apartment itself is spacious, clean, tidy, and has all the essentials with careful attention to detail. It's on the top floor of a building with no elevator. The location is just outside the city walls, a three-minute walk away. Check-in and check-out are handled with a safety deposit box. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was all set out, and the "crostata della mamma" was especially delicious. We found the house beautiful, warm, and spotless, with everything we needed. The host communicated perfectly, and the service and cleanliness were just as good. One of the best B&Bs or rooms we've stayed in. If we come back to Gubbio, we'll stay here again!

This review is for the HAPPY HOUSE QUARTIERE MONUMENTALE property. We had an excellent stay in this independent, well-kept accommodation right in the center of Gubbio. The manager was kind, and we appreciated the clean space, the attention to detail, and the privacy of having the place to ourselves.

The house was warm, welcoming, and clean. It's in a fantastic spot near the Roman theatre in Gubbio, just a few minutes from the center. If I return to Gubbio, I'm sure I'll stay here again :)
