The facilities were so calming, and it felt like every little detail had been thought through. We had a room with a hot tub, and the hotel had a fabulous view. Service was perfect, and the food was very good, especially at the chef's restaurant. We had an amazing vacation.

We felt at home right away. Brano and his wife were especially kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff were great too. It's one of our favorite places, and we travel a lot. The rooms, spa, restaurants, food, and cleanliness were all superb. We'll definitely return and recommend this little gem.

We treated ourselves to a two-night stay in the Sky House. The room was lovely and well equipped, with a wonderful fireplace and sweeping views. The heated outdoor area was fantastic, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with views all around. Breakfast had lots of options, and service was attentive. Most staff were very accommodating. It was very pricey, but worth the splurge.

The service and attention felt below what I expect from a five-star hotel. At check-in, the shower was only lukewarm despite it being -6°C outside, and the water pressure was extremely weak because of a boiler problem. We waited 35 minutes for the shuttle. The driver later said he had parked farther down the road, but nobody told us or contacted us. Another night, the room lights stayed on because of a technical issue. Someone offered extra blankets, but no one apologized. Apart from a very kind blonde manager with glasses, the staff seemed rather disengaged. The hotel feels more like an upscale four-star place than a real five-star one. It's a beautiful property, and the restaurant is very good, especially Panorama, though children can make it quite noisy. The hotel has many very young children. That's partly on us for not checking first, but constant crying during dinner at Panorama isn't ideal if you're after a quiet retreat, with all due respect to families. If you're used to five-star hotels, you may find this disappointing.
