The breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from, and there’s an amazing rooftop pool. It’s also extremely close to the beach. I’d read the bad reviews and wasn’t looking forward to staying, but I was wrong. Sure, it’s a bit dated, though it’s very clean. It doesn’t pretend to be a five-star place. More like a pair of well-worn slippers, comfortable and clean rather than fashionable. Hopefully I’ll be back.

The location is the only thing going for this place. The staff and food were horrible. The rooms are okay, but they can be dirty. I found hair on the bed even though the sheets had been “changed.” Avoid it if you can.

The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It’s a simple hotel without frills, in a handy spot for the beach and public transport if you want to explore further. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the local bus stops right outside. The beach is only a short walk away. Our room was small, but clean and had what we needed. It was cleaned daily, and the shower was lovely and hot. I’d read complaints about charging points, but besides the one in the bathroom, there were two by the bed beside the light switches. Breakfast was a nice surprise: cereal, croissants, rolls, ham, cheese, juice, eggs, yogurt, and fruit. The coffee was great. We went in early May, so the pool wasn’t open, which was what we expected. After reading so many reviews, I hadn’t thought the hotel would be as good as it was.

The receptionist was unbelievably rude, and the rooms were DIRTY. They tell you to keep the doors and windows shut because someone could CLIMB IN AND STEAL. Worst night of my LIFE. NEVER COME HERE.
