Everything felt old, and the price is far too high for the conditions. You have to bring all the basics from home to be comfortable, even toilet paper and garbage bags. A really bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff made the stay even worse. They were rude and unfriendly, gossiping about guests all day as if nobody could hear. The older staff seemed to find any excuse for pointless arguments. Check-in and checkout also took longer than I’ve ever experienced, just to handle two sheets of paper and return the deposit. There were ants on the stove, tables, and beds, along with other insects, and hair in the pots and pans. The bathrooms were cramped and unsanitary. I’d strongly advise against spending a vacation here. It could ruin your stay.

The owners are welcoming and kind, and Jesolo itself is lovely. The toy and magazine shop was especially friendly and well stocked, a five-star spot. The beach umbrella is nice, but it’s assigned to each bungalow, so two families arriving together could end up three rows apart unless they get very lucky. The bungalows feel stuck in the 1980s. The beds are rough if you have back pain, and the TV only gets RAI 1 and RAI 2 because the newer decoders haven’t been installed. In August, the pool closes from 12:30 to 3:00 pm, which seems like too long a break. People smoke and bring food and beer into the pool, while small inflatables for kids are banned despite one being shown in a website photo. The free hot tub has just five spots in the morning and five in the afternoon, shared across 22 bungalows. The supermarket nearby is well stocked but very expensive. I’d do the main shopping 8 km away at the shopping center and use the local one for morning bread and milk. The ice cream shop and bar are across the street at a hotel. It was a nice vacation, but the website makes the place look a bit more modern than it is. Come without high expectations.
