The location is excellent, just steps from the Joppolo seafront, near both the rocks and the beach. We stayed in the upstairs apartment, which was charming, comfortable, and well ventilated. The garden is beautiful, spacious, and well organized, with places to share with other guests. Mrs. Rosa welcomed us warmly and helpfully, making for a very pleasant stay. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Just a few meters from the Joppolo seafront, Rosa's house is slightly tucked away and wonderfully quiet. At night you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea. It's carefully furnished and impeccably clean, with a beautiful garden full of lush greenery. The place feels sociable, yet has lots of intimate, cozy corners. You can tell how much the owner cares for the house and the people who stay there. She's always generous with advice and recommendations suited to the kind of experience her guests want. My boyfriend and I felt at home and looked after, which made our time in Calabria memorable. Highly recommended, and we'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at Rosa's. The house is lovely and comfortable, and the garden is cool, enjoyable, and well cared for. The rooms are large, each with its own bathroom and new air conditioning. Rosa was very kind and gave us great tips on beaches and places for the best granitas and gelato. I'd recommend staying at Rosa's.

The garden at Rosa's house is full of life, with succulents, fig and banana trees, and tall palms. We could eat outside and use the grill, too. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the beach is an easy walk away. Rosa is so welcoming and always happy to share tips about Joppolo and the nearby beaches. A stay here is all about feeling free and relaxed, highly recommended.
