The rooms are below street level, so there's no natural daylight. The photos are blurry, and I think that's why you can't see the actual condition of the rooms. They were dirty and stained. The walls were marked, including the spot right by the pillow, so your face ends up against a stained surface. There was mold and a bad smell, and the bathroom had dirty black grout. The furniture was worn out and in awful condition, and the air conditioner was terrible. There's no doorbell, so check-in requires an international phone call. You have to tell the owner exactly when you'll arrive, and if you're late, he'll tell you off. We felt we couldn't complain: after we made a formal complaint, Fabio came in drunk, was very rude, and kicked us out in the middle of the night. There were two of us, and we didn't feel we could stand up to a drunk Italian guy, so we gave in. He charged us for all three nights even though we stayed less than two hours. We're now preparing the formal paperwork for an official complaint and court. It's also not as close to a station as advertised, and getting there with big luggage would be quite difficult. There are plenty of photos showing the place as it really is on other sites. If you're in your right mind, stay as far away as possible.

We came because of the price, and that's about all there is to say. Take it for what it is.

There's no reception and the owner isn't on site, which says enough. He's not very nice either. This old, run-down “hotel” is one to avoid. Go somewhere else.

A comfortable room that's fine for sleeping, in a good spot. The owner handled the reception efficiently and kindly.
