The location worked well for getting to the central station and around La spezia, though be ready for lots of stairs. We were a family of five and all enjoyed our stay. Safae was lovely, always smiling when she met us at turist point, and very helpful. Everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast came as a voucher for coffee and a croissant at a nearby café. A slightly bigger fridge would have made it perfect.
