Luca was kind, professional, and ready to help from the first day, which made us feel at ease. We stayed for a week, and the experience was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located for relaxing and getting to the main sights. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and it stayed very clean; the whole place was well organized and looked after. The stay was relaxing and better than we expected. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

The building and its setting are beautiful, and our room was spotless every day. Luca was super helpful, shared plenty of information and recommendations, and gave us the largest room available. The location worked perfectly, and the staff were great. Everything was just right. We’ll definitely come back!

6/10
Just 90 metres from the station, it’s handy when you’ve arrived in La Spezia by train and need somewhere for a night. Shops, bars, and restaurants are all walkable, and the welcoming hosts can tell you what to see and do. Rooms are clean but basic. Breakfast is at the cafe across the road, and there’s no lift.

10/10
The room was bright, airy, and modern, and Luca was very helpful. It’s well placed for the station or a walk into town. There was reasonably little noise from the railway behind.
