Mrs. Roberta greeted us when we arrived and responded quickly whenever we needed something. We were completely satisfied with our long weekend at Galleria 38. It's in the center of La Spezia, about five minutes on foot from the port and ten from the train station, with a view over Piazza del Bastione. That square gets lively with nightlife in the evening, but the windows do a good job of keeping the noise out. The rooms are modern and clean. The showers don't close, so water can get all over the bathroom, though it wasn't a big deal for us.

We booked rooms with Mrs. Roberta for the 70th national gathering of the Bersaglieri. She was very kind and attentive, even meeting us at the train station and taking us to our rooms. Everything was exceptionally clean and hygienic, and the rooms were spacious and meticulously maintained. The only flaw was the somewhat cramped bathroom, but it was completely acceptable. I can't give a full compliment or I would have.

Roberta was lovely. She showed us to the apartment and gave us lots of information and help. It's spotless, with daily cleaning, and has everything you need. The central location is very convenient for the port and train station. We thought everything was great and will definitely come back.
