The cleaning was poor, and the dog kept barking. The condominium was very noisy.

Everything was perfect, and communication with Marica was too.

The owner stayed available on WhatsApp and answered our questions. The apartment was clean, pleasant, and comfortable for four, with parking attached. It's in a great location in La Spezia, though the bus stop wasn't close; we walked about ten minutes to a nearby station. The internet stopped working on our last day. We found a nice little supermarket within walking distance and got our food and groceries there. We hadn't realized on our first visit that we needed to bring soap and similar supplies. There was an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave, but we missed having an electric kettle or toaster oven. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The apartment was spacious, in a decent building, with an Eurospin supermarket nearby. It's about a 15-minute drive from La Spezia train station, handy for visiting the Cinque Terre. Parking costs around €10 extra per day. We had to wait two days for the owner to turn on the Wi-Fi.

The rooms and kitchen weren't cleaned adequately. Disappointing.
