The host was there to help from the moment we arrived in La Spezia, easy to reach and ready to assist with anything. He helped us plan around the area and suggested restaurants, sights, and activities. The bus stop is right in front, and free parking is available, which was a big plus. A great base for exploring Cinque Terre, and I’d highly recommend it.

There’s a bus stop right in front of the building, with buses that can take you to La Spezia Central. Our room at Demithos Rooms was modern, clean, and full of thoughtful details that made the stay feel special. Salvatore was very attentive and shared tips for Cinque Terre as well as several places to visit. Thank you so much.

We had a pleasant stay at demithos Rooms. Everything was very clean, modern, and new, and the facilities were nice. Salavtore waited for us even though we booked at the last minute, then gave us lots of information about la Spezia, chinque terre, restaurants, and anything else we might need. He was reachable on WhatsApp at any time. For breakfast, we got vouchers for two nearby bars, both with very good options. Thank you so much!
