The receptionist made me feel at home with her kind, welcoming manner. Before I went upstairs, she took time to explain the room and facilities, which was really helpful. Everything in the room was spotless and modern, with all the amenities I needed. Right in the heart of La Spezia, the location made it easy to get around. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We'd stayed in quite a few places around Europe over the last few weeks, and this was easily our favorite. The owner was lovely, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location put everything close by. It was a beautiful place, and we'd absolutely stay again. Thanks for having us!

We loved our couple of nights here. The room was pleasant and quite spacious, with a really comfortable bed, and the owner was adorable. It was very quiet too. The location was perfect, within easy reach of the train station, the port, and all the restaurants. We'd definitely recommend it! Kasia and Xavier

The balcony looked out over the houses of La Spezia, and the room was big and really nice, with a perfect bathroom. It was quiet and a great place to rest. We stayed for three days, and Simonetta the owner was so nice. The main station was very close, so getting around Cinque Terre was no problem. We'd definitely come back to stay at Fidelio.

The concierge was wonderful, like the best Italian Nonna. Everything was clean and comfortable, and restaurants were close by.
