The rooms were really clean and very good. Great location, especially if you're heading to cinque terre, with the train station very close by.

The staff were so warm and helpful, and they made me feel like a princess. My room was spacious, had everything I needed, and stayed quiet despite the very central location. I couldn't have asked for more and would gladly come back. Highly recommend!

The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, though not very large, and the staff were kind and helpful, especially Lediana. The location was fairly close to the center. The accommodation itself was nice, but my rating reflects the whole experience. I booked on their website to avoid having them pay commission to other providers. The listed price changed when I paid, and I was charged €20 more. When I called, the owner's first response was, "It is just 20 euro." She said she'd call me back, but never did. That felt really unfair.

Three weeks after we booked, they told us there was no room because of a "system error." That's a terrible way to handle a booking. Looking at the bad reviews being removed now, maybe we were lucky. I suspect a customer wanting a longer stay got our room and we were dropped from the system. It felt like they lied to us.
