They were very efficient at charging the full amount upfront, but after a free cancellation they still hadn’t returned it months later. Communication was nonexistent. They even avoided contact with Booking.com. “holidays rooms Fazio” on Booking.com uses the same phone number, which doesn’t seem very clever. What can you expect?

My trip to Italy began with a stay at this hotel, unfortunately. The day after, I woke up with bites and had to get medicine for them at a pharmacy. The pharmacist told me they were bed bug bites. I contacted the hotel, but they simply ignored me. I’ve included photos of my leg after the bites.

There was no room cleaning or bathroom cleaning during our 3-day stay, and the AC barely worked, like a damaged fan. When we complained about mosquitoes 🦟, they just told us to leave and find somewhere else. Nobody is there except when you check in. I wouldn’t book this hotel; there are many good hotels around.
