The host was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, so we felt comfortable during the stay. La Spezia central station is about a five-minute walk away, and there are places to eat nearby too, roughly six or seven minutes on foot.

The room was well sized and cozily decorated, with the basics covered: private bathroom, toiletries, AC, TV, mini refrigerator, and kettle. It was attractively priced and good value. Location is handy too, about five minutes from La Spezia central and two minutes from the city center. There are two independent rooms in the apartment, sharing the main entrance. I couldn't think of any downsides.

The owner was helpful, and the place was decent. It's essentially two flats in a residential building around five minutes from the railway station. There's an elevator, though the entrance isn't wheelchair friendly. Shops and restaurants on the main street are close by, and nearby restaurants stay open until 11 pm in summer.

Check-in was easy, and the room was lovely, with careful furnishings and sea-inspired colors that made it feel relaxing. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the modern room was well arranged. It had excellent air conditioning, a smart TV, and a private bathroom with a very roomy walk-in shower. Cleanliness was impeccable. A folder of local suggestions was useful, with restaurant tips and information on getting to the Cinque Terre. Being just steps from La Spezia train station made exploring the area easy, and the services felt like excellent value for money. A truly pleasant stay, highly recommended.
