Diego was a lovely host. The room was quiet, clean, and air-conditioned, with a supermarket right next door. You're also close to the central station and the restaurant area. Thanks, Diego!

We asked if we could leave our bags early and got lucky, the host let us check in instead. The room and bathroom were a good size, and there was air conditioning. It's a lovely room in a beautiful old building, easy to find and very close to the train station, which connects to Cinque Terra, Florence, Genoa, and other places. We enjoyed our two nights there, using it mostly as a base for Cinque Terra, and also liked walking around La Spezia in the evening.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the room was clean, air-conditioned, and had a balcony. It's about three minutes from the train station and CBD. The nightly price was cheap. Thank you, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We've recommended the place to friends, and they've been happy with it too. We come every year and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are consistently clean, and the owner is kind and helpful. My favorite things are the spacious showers and balcony. Shops and services are right nearby, and there's a laundromat 60 meters away. Diego always has new suggestions for things to do.
