The apartment's space and location matched the pictures, and the price felt right for what you get. The host was wonderful and did everything she could to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Nothing was too much to ask, so the service gets 100% from me.

We found it a great base for trips to the Cinque Terre, with the train just a 5-minute walk away, or for heading into northern Tuscany. The hostess of the Welcoming House was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor, with access by elevator or marble stairs, and parking is available. It has three bedrooms, each with its own shower and bathroom, plus a living room with comfortable seating and a TV, a kitchen, and good Wi-Fi.

The mini-hotel is conveniently placed in the city, near bus lines, the train station, a large supermarket, and a beautiful park. We had very comfortable bedrooms, each with a good bathroom, and the rooms were bright and spacious, with new furniture and good bed linen. The living conditions were excellent, and the hosts were very kind. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The city by the sea is beautiful.
