The host was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. We also liked the mix of wood and modern details throughout the hotel. Our room was very clean, and there was parking behind the building plus a ski locker with boot dryers downstairs. It’s an easy short walk to the slopes and the rest of La Thuile.

The breakfast was self-catered, but there was plenty of delicious local produce and it was put together with real care. We spent two lovely nights at La Racine, in a beautiful place that feels welcoming and has so many thoughtful details. The staff were incredibly kind and ready to help with anything we needed. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to come back.
