The staff were lovely and made the whole stay much better, especially the waiters and the cleaning lady. There are two thermal pools plus a regular swimming pool. Thursday's party night was great fun, especially since most of the guests at this time of year were quite old.

We had a really lovely week here for a holiday, and the staff were a big reason why. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially the young waitresses with black hair and the waitress with glasses. Greetings to them! The food was delicious, though three courses at dinner felt like a lot. I suppose that's a cultural difference. The cleaning lady kept our room clean, too. The staff were very nice and willing to help with issues like the street noise and air conditioning. The location is convenient, and it's worth paying a little more for an upgraded room. The pools stay open late!

It's a clean, rustic hotel with lots of affordable prices compared with other places around here. It is a little dated, but I think that adds to the charm. The location is great, just a two-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and il fungo. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. I don't speak Italian, but that never stopped us having friendly conversations. There's a garden, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, steam room, Turkish bath, and cold shower, so it's a great place to relax. My only complaint was the bed. The mattress was thin and had no spring.
