Caterina really makes the place special. She's a great cook and lets you try treats from her kitchen and garden, while keeping a discreet presence and offering priceless tips on places to visit. After a week at Palazzo Ciannelli, I can see why you'd want to book another season and take a break from the wear and tear of modern life, as Calindri said in that famous commercial. 😊

Caterina has a way of making you feel at home, always with such discretion. She is sunny and welcoming, spoils you with cakes and fruit from her garden, and gives excellent advice on getting around and what to do on Ischia. We spent a fantastic week there. Even stepping into the hall when you first enter the building feels magical. The garden really captures the island's nature, with swallows, lemon scent, and colorful flowers.
