The price is very reasonable, and the owner is really kind. The hotel itself isn’t the most modern.

We booked this simple hotel through friends after spending New Year’s Eve at a farmhouse. My overall four-star rating is for the hotel’s category. It feels like time has stood still a bit, but the staff are polite and friendly, even if they’re not especially warm. Checkout is at 10:30, which feels too early after a night of festivities, especially New Year’s Eve. There’s no bar on site; instead, two coin-operated machines provide cold drinks like water, orange juice, and juices, as well as hot beverages.

The room was simple but comfortable, and the lady at reception was kind. There’s no breakfast or restaurant, but I still think the place is worth it. The parking is very good too. I was able to park a seven-seat car with no trouble.

We were passing through Lagonegro and stayed for one night. The welcome, location, and room were all excellent, and we slept very well. Highly recommended!
