The hosts have been so welcoming and gave us great tips for the area. We're spending a week here and are really happy with the choice. The property is well maintained, and the fairly large pool is cleaned every day. There are lots of things for kids in the backyard, including table football, table tennis, a slide, a treehouse, and a sandbox. It's away from the road, so the children can play safely on their own. The local bakery delivers bread very early, and the rolls are delicious. A fantastic place for our holiday.

We had warm, easy communication with the host family, who were always attentive. They also arranged a great bread delivery, and even lent us sleds for tobogganing. The Köstenholzerhof apartment looked brand new and had everything we needed. From the balcony, the view over the Adige Valley between Merano and Bolzano was outstanding. There were delicious homegrown apples on hand, and I highly recommend the homemade apple juice and honey. We'd love to return.

Claudia was a very attentive host, and we had a comfortable, enjoyable stay in the beautiful, well-equipped apartment. Getting into the city was easy, either on foot or by van. I loved it!

The owners were welcoming and very helpful, and my little boy had fun with the games they provided for guests. It's also a handy base for visiting Merano and the surrounding area. Good value for the price.
