The studio was clean, comfortable and well looked after. Massimo and Roberta were kind and helpful, flexible about timings and what we needed, and went out of their way to suggest beaches, places to visit and restaurants. Recommended.

A welcoming holiday home in Lavagna with everything you might need. Families get a few extras too, including a crib or cot, some games and cartoon DVDs.

We spent New Year's Eve here with relatives, a family group of five adults. The split-level apartment was clean, in excellent condition and well maintained, with a practical layout and furnishings. Having a car makes it easy to get to nearby towns, and the Lavagna toll booth is easy to reach. The garden is nicely kept and sheltered from the road; the season and weather meant we couldn't use it, but it would be pleasant in warmer months. Massimo was courteous and thorough. My wife, children and I thank him for his hospitality, and I hope we can return.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. It’s spread over two levels and has everything you need in both the kitchen and bathroom, with lovely furnishings too. The road outside gets fairly busy, so there was a bit of noise. Still, we had a very pleasant stay.

We had no problems at all, and I’m pretty picky. The garden is lovely and has barbecue facilities, and the apartment itself was cozy, clean, and really nice. It’s a great base for arranging outings, including boat trips if you ask the owner. Couples or families would both be comfortable here. I loved it and recommend it!
