We got a bit lost in the mountains last year, my girlfriend and I. By the time we reached the town near midnight, we found this hostel by asking around. It was a real lifesaver. The place was clean and reasonably priced, and the hostess was incredibly friendly. She took us in at the last minute and even offered to drive us to a nearby town so we could catch the bus. Breakfast was included too, and it was good. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room had a great outdoor area with a mountain view, and everything was really tidy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful too. We stayed a night with friends to explore the nearby lakes. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

The room and bathroom were spacious, with a big terrace, and everything was spotless and well organized. It’s excellent value and conveniently located for Lake Idro. Since it’s close to the road, though, traffic from the road below carries at night, and the church bells come through loud and clear. That’s obviously not the staff’s fault.

The only small drawback for me was the morning light, since there aren’t blackout curtains and I can only sleep in complete darkness. The room was very clean and had a nice bathroom, and the lake is just a five-minute drive away. There’s a light breakfast for €3, with a drink, croissant, and coffee. The ladies who run the place were so kind and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Ester was so welcoming and helpful, and made the stay feel special and interesting. I was glad to hear about the project they’re working on with the kids. The hostel and bar are really nice, and the hostel itself was spotless and comfortable. Happy to have been your guests. Luca and Daniela.
